When installing the gpdr_dump module and visiting the settings page, I get:
Error: Call to undefined function ctools_get_plugins() in gdpr_dump_get_sanitizer_plugins() (line 198 of /var/www/drupal/public_html/sites/all/modules/gdpr/modules/gdpr_dump/gdpr_dump.module).
We need to include the plugins with ctools_include.
