Good work with the module, I really like it. I've having a slight problem with animations not working on pages where there isn't a scroll bar. If I lhave ong page or lot's of content so there is a scroll bar on the right hand side everything works fine, but if there is no scroll bar there is no animation. I have tried in multiple themes. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, this is the greatest problem of this module.
The animation should start in the displayed page when this has been loaded.
The remaining animated elements should then start when I scroll down.

OK. They all seem to start as soon as I scroll down. Not sure if that is by design? I have some pages on a demo site though that do not have a scroll bar, so there is no animation :(

This module is only work on window.scroll event, we are working on other events also like hover, onload, click etc.
We will update this module latest version soon.

We are no more supporting Drupal 7 issues.
This issue has been resolved in version - 8.x-1.3
# Added support for following jQuery events:
- Click
- Hover
- Mouse Out
- Mouse Down
- Mouse Up
- Mouse Enter
- Mouse Leave
- Mouse Move
