After updating modul with composer got following fatal error on one site:

Error: Class 'Drupal\easy_breadcrumb\EventSubscriber\InitSubscriber' not found in Drupal\Component\DependencyInjection\Container->createService() (line 258 of core/lib/Drupal/Component/DependencyInjection/Container.php).

Calling update.php (without any update on database) seems to fix the problem.

Oh bummer. We removed an unused service. I will add an empty update hook! Thanks for the report.
