Adding a section with featured content and a section with blocks below will look like this:

There are different margins on the left and the right.

And the block in the primary area will never be vertical inline with the block in the secondary area. Either above or below:

The fix works fine for screens > 1200px.
If screen is less than 1200px, the left and right margin for the block section is larger than for the featured section.

On screens < 600px, there is no space between blocks in Block section:
