I really only care about English, so I didn't test this in a proper foreign environment, but it seems like a fairly innocent patch.

I had a look at the patch itself, it looks good. But I also have to admint that I didn't apply the patch cause I find patching quite difficult; could you put it into the dev version?

Since this request is over 2 years old, I'm going to assume a solution was found or you've moved on. If not, please get updated to the latest versions of all modules and roll a patch against Drupal 7 and I'll be glad to take a look at it.
