On a fresh install od Drupal 8.5, I've installed Adaptative theme but it doesn't show up on the page http://mydrupal85/admin/appearance. Still, his folder is in the theme folder.

Read the FM:

Nothing will show visibly on the themes list page ~/admin/appearance. This is normal, AT Core is a hidden theme that works in the background.

Use AT Tools & AT Theme Generator Modules.

You need to install the AT Tools module and that will give you the AT Theme Generator link at ~/appearance/at_generate to create sub-themes.
