.libraries.yml eu_cookie_compliance_bare points to non existing css file

The eu_cookie_compliance_bare library points to css/eu_cookie_compliance_bare.css but this should be css/eu_cookie_compliance.bare.css

Currently this leads to the following warning (and obviously, the bare CSS isn't loaded):

Refused to apply style from 'https://xyz.org/modules/eu_cookie_compliance/css/eu_cookie_compliance_bare.css?p61hd1' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.
