The code shown to disable the module from the local.settings.php file is wrong

The documentation says to add the following line in the settings.local.php file.

$config['config_tools.settings']['disabled'] = 1;

That line won't work, as the module configuration is kept in config_tools.config, not config_tools.settings. The correct line to add is the following one.

$config['config_tools.config']['disabled'] = 1;

The README.md file needs to be corrected.
