On Drupal there was a feature with Solr to create "More Like This" blocks (see screenshot).

Where is this feature on Drupal 8 ?

More like this blocks are now created via Views.
Add a block display and select "More like this" as contextual filter.

As Markus said.
I also think that this is exactly the same as in Drupal 7? Just be aware that it’s now more complicated to pass the correct item ID. See #3006776: Allow More like this (mlt) views argument plugin to configure datasources for an attempt to change that.

(Ah, missed that you were using Apachesolr before. Then, yes, the system is completely different.)
Hm, this would probably deserve an entry in the Advanced site-building tutorials. If you want to help future users in the same situation, maybe add a short description there once you get it working.
