I can't able to extract the .tar_.gz. because naming convention in the file format is wrong. it should be .tar.gz. I request you to Please Update this.

We cannot change the extension used from uploaded files. You don't even need those files, since the code is in a git repository: https://www.drupal.org/sandbox/sathish92/2935333.
