• Call for attendees to comment on issue to get credit for meeting.
• DC Nashville items:

  1. DA Inclusion BOF call for volunteers - The DA is looking for some volunteers to run Inclusion BOFs - amanda has more information on the specifics of what those BOFs are.

  2. Call for Volunteers - DD&I is looking for volunteers to (a) staff our booth, (b) help with game night, (c) volunteer to be dinner ambassadors, and lots more! Sign up for what you're interested in our spreadsheet `bit.ly/ddi-nashville-sheet`

  3. Initiative: Game Night : Emoji for Monday 4/9 or Tuesday 4/10 around 7:00PM + onwards. Since there is no 24 hour contribution lounge, we will run this adhoc in a hotel lobby. We'll decide on the location in the next week or so and will post details while at DrupalCon as @drupaldiversity on twitter.

  5. Security Back Channel at the conference: led by sparklingrobots this is meant to be a back channel to provide support to each other. You'll likely be paired up with a buddy so that you have someone to talk to or just hang out with at breaks (not everyone is a super social creature). The channel will also provide backup in case of emergencies.

  6. Dinner Ambassadors: One of our goals at Nashville is to do what we can to make it feel like a socially safer space for people, especially during mealtimes. This program is for an organized group dinner every night. • Review new website theme?
• Discuss curating a collection of all the places that have lists of non-white and non-male speakers
• Open Call - someone requested (again) that we discuss having some kind of holiday calendar for DrupalCon/Drupal events/releases to use as a base. Is this something that exists that we can adopt?
