There are several modules at DO with status actively maintained with RTBC issues which are need to be committed, this make even worse if user start creating issue for which patch(dependency) is already available.

If maintainer/co-mainteners get alert by block about XXX issues are in RTBC status since 3months/30days.

If it shown on project page then at least user can apply RTBC patch manually before enabling that module.

Honestly , I was surprised by this feature added in just ~3 months :).
There must some way to notify project maintainers because they are having commit permission after all.
