The composer.json is invalid because

  • it contains a stray comma on the "drupal/core" requirement, making it invalid JSON, which breaks Drush 9.2 while it scans modules to look for commands.
  • "minimum-stability" specifies "8.x-2.x"; which makes in not match the Composer schema, which only expects values matching ^dev|alpha|beta|rc|RC|stable$
  • The SPDX license identifier is deprecated, needs to use GPL-2.0-or-later instead
