Problem/Motivation

When you create a Landing Page Section with a Featured Block and then Duplicate the block and Save the Node you see this error:

Reference: this field cannot hold more than 1 values.

Proposed resolution

Lets not allow duplication of those blocks if the reference cannot hold more than 1 value.

This is solved in the Paragraphs update which is in the latest OS release.
