Experimental project

This is a sandbox project, which contains experimental code for developer use only.

The purpose of the module is to make it easier to flag certain forum posts as needing further attention.

Administrators can add a list of words or phrases that will trigger an email sent to a moderator (configurable) when those words or phrases are used in forum topic posts or comments.

Possible Use Case:
We built a forum that might attract visitors with depression or other mental health issues. We didn't want to replace language or make any topics off limits to discuss, but wanted to be alerted if a user seemed to be having serious problems that required intervention.
