Remove usages of Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\Session\Storage\Handler\WriteCheckSessionHandler

Problem/Motivation

See #2927746-62: Update Symfony components to 3.4.*
The Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\Session\Storage\Handler\WriteCheckSessionHandler class is deprecated since Symfony 3.4 and will be removed in 4.0.

Proposed resolution

Implement `SessionUpdateTimestampHandlerInterface` or extend `AbstractSessionHandler` instead.
Remove deprecation from whitelist in the deprecation bridge listener.
