This branch adds a new tab to the node/%node page for "Edit Platform".

This is helpful for many reasons, but mainly because I needed easy access to the platform settings to configure Git Hooks.

IRC: jonpugh: ... looks good. I've just confirmed that it's not visible for regular client users ... so the access hook seems to function as intended.
