Fundraise on one's your own (Drutopia) site using the Give module. (So if not using Drutopia, just go and install the Give module!)

This gives potential donors a couple easy ways to donate money to an organization or person:

  • By credit card with Stripe (2.9% + 30 cents a transaction)
  • By pledging to pay by check

It collects people's e-mail address and intention to give first, and then moves to collecting payment information, reducing the initial friction and giving a chance to follow up with people who don't complete the donation.
