I am needing to allow Group Admins to add users to their group including adding users view the User Registration form. Lacking the ability to allow Group Admins to invite users, is it possible to link a user to a Group via the User Form?

What is this one change to the annotation in the plugin supposed do? I don't see any affect whatsoever...adding Group membership directly from admin/people/create is ideal!
