Webform fields do not appear until mouse over

Hi, great module, thanks for the work. I am using the module webforms to create a form and have created a view that displays the form in a block. If I configure the block as "collapsible, expanded by default", everything is fine and works as expected. However, if I configure it as "Collapsible, collapsed by default", everything shows except for the webform fields. When I place my cursor over text in the block, then the fields show. As you'd expect, this problem only occurs in IE and not firefox.
