Problem/Motivation

1. To keep track of a schedule for leading the weekly DD&I meeting
2. To keep track of and be transparent about what the leadership team is discussing, working on, and planning to work on.

Steps if you're leading a meeting:

1. Create an agenda issue for the next meeting, assign to the lead.
2. Run the meeting (use script if needed).
3. Post takeaways/quick summary or follow up tasks to the issue, credit participants, and close (works as designed)
4. Update the summary of the next meeting issue with a link to the summary of the previous
