This looks fine to me. My only suggestion would be to get any other developers you have to associate themselves with your organisation -- your Drupal contributions read: "Our Drupal developers", but there is only one person listed on Drupal.org.

Full disclosure: I'm working for a similar sized company and we're also looking for approval into the marketplace. I also know, and have worked with Nigel before.
