If a component is the subject of both a "show" and a "set" conditional, it can become hidden, but not disabled. If it is required, that can cause it to prevent submission due to browser validation. This is related to, but not caused by, the parent issue.

The problem is that fieldsets contain many components and these aren't "locked" after being disabled by a show or set. This patch applies a temporary class when items are disabled by show or set and prevents these from being re-enabled by another show action. When the conditionals are done running, the temporary class is removed.

Note: This patch reverses the patch in the parent issue, which mitigates a related issue caused by the same design fault.
