Evaluate drupal database log on automated tests

Problem/Motivation

At the moment we are not checking the drupal database logs after automated test runs, therefore any errors go unnoticed.

Proposed resolution

Implement drupal database log evaluation and output the errors on travis. Warnings and notices should also be considered.
