When you upload an image in the wysiwyg as LU it is not showing on the node view. The image becomes super small even though it looks good in the editor. See attached screenshots.
This is because the input format basic_html is used and this filter is enabled "Restrict images to this site". It is strange that this is happening since the path is /system/files and not an external url.
You can solve it easily on your own site by unchecking the "Restrict images to this site" filter on /admin/config/content/formats/manage/basic_html.
