The current YouTube provider scheme has http://youtu.be/* in the list, but not the HTTPS version.

This task is to add https://youtu.be/* to the list of provider scheme URL patterns.

The patch applied cleanly and I am now able to embed youtube videos once again. This is an important one that needs to be committed! :)
