We developers have just time enough to maintain the code. If someone wants, they can add and maintain documentation. Would be a nice addition because the module is a complex and big one.

I'll see if I can migrate some of the content from the old MoneyScripts site over to Drupal documentation.

That would be great! We lack a lot of documentation. In any case, after you upload the documentation, it should be upgraded to include the developments we have done since it was uploaded into drupal.org.
