Webform have so many changes, need to update this module functions and fix problems.

I apologise this has taken me so long to get to - I've been heavily involved in the Out of the Box initiative.

I've used this patch, and made a couple of tweaks needed to make it work with the latest version of webform. I've attached the patch I committed in the end.

I've credit people from other issues that also had related problems / patches.
