"Reduce strings to letters and numbers" option description is not clear [#2905169]

"Reduce strings to letters and numbers" option description is not clear. Currently it says:

Filters the new alias to only letters and numbers found in the ASCII-96 set.

My understanding of this is that other characters are removed. Instead, they are actually replaced with a separator character. We can update the description to make it clear.
