ISTR organizations need to have an organization node, and may not use user accounts, which need to be personal. AIUI it has licensing ramifications.

The account has been blocked as spammer. I guess there isn't anymore the need of sending a reminder about shared accounts.
It doesn't seem that account was used to do anything a shared account cannot do; there would not be any message to send.
