Views2 integration for workflow states

Attached is relatively complete views2 integration for Workflow. Several fields are not yet supported (notably the 'uid' field on the state history table), but I wanted to toss this out as it's certainly a step forward. It's possible to make a view of nodes that are *about to change states* in the next 4 days, for example. Arguments and filters are available for both current and upcoming states, etc.
