There's a bug in Line 90 of rrssb.config.inc:

'share_url' => 'https://twitter.com//intent/tweet?text=[rrssb:title]&url=[rrssb:url]',

The double slash after https://twitter.com leads the Pop-Up to open the twitter page for user @tweet

It works as expected if i change it to

'share_url' => 'https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=[rrssb:title]&url=[rrssb:url]',

Thanks, this patch also fixed it for me when using Safari on Mac OSX
