Description: 

The permission view content moderation permission has been removed from Content Moderation because it offered unnecessary granularity.

Along with this the checkWorkflowAccess() method was also removed from WorkflowTypeBase, ContentModeration, and WorkflowTypeInterface because workflow type plugins should not need to directly perform access checks on a workflow.
