Problem/Motivation

We encountered several modules in the past that were not reinstallable, because they did not clean up the configuration after uninstall (see #2899661: Cannot reinstall thunder riddle integration and #2879436: Config Error on Liveblog reinstall). To be able to find other modules with this problem quickly, we need to implement a new automated test, that checks if install / uninstall / reinstall is possible.

Remaining tasks

  1. Implement tests, that cover this problem.
