I'm looking for a pop-up where after the text, the only button says "Got it!".

What I'm finding though is I have to add both "Agree button message" and "Disagree button message", which considering we are taking the consent by clicking approach, I don't understand why you would need a disagree button at all?

Surely it is a case of assuming cookies, otherwise the user leaves the site? What does disagreeing actually do?

I feel your concern, and I think the input is valid. We should add an option to hide the so-called "Disagree button". What I also notice is that the name is misleading; it's actually a "Privacy policy link" button. Clicking this button does not disagree to cookies being set at all (any prevention of cookies being set is left as an exercise for the developer).

I'm re-classifying this as a "Feature request".

Ok I just created patch for D8 only for desktop mode, later this week I will also made for mobile mode option and also for D7

Thank you for the patch. I modified it a little bit and committed it to -dev.

I added the new control to schema and made the checkbox hide both the secondary button from the Info and Thank you banners.
