Missing schema files for shs filters , errors on config import

I am still getting errors on config import after applying the patch in the parent issue of this issue.

The import failed due to the following reasons:
Unexpected error during import with operation update for views.view.xxx: The configuration property display.default.display_options.filters.xxx.value.min doesn't exist.

This is on drupal 8.4
