We are preparing to tag RC1. This release breaks the current payment gateway API.

You won't be able to update to this release (or the matching -dev) until you update your payment gateways. In your case it looks like it's PayPlug, so the issue to follow is #2894280: Update for Commerce 2.0-RC1. I've been told someone will be posting a patch there tomorrow.

@bojanz Thank you, very good news for the RC1 version. For this problem do I have to uninstall Commerce or simply do an upgrade ?

I suggest reverting to an earlier commit. Otherwise your site will stay broken until you fix PayPlug.

@bojanz For the moment I do not use payplug, it was just to test it.
My question is: Is this error to broken Commerce?

No, you can re-run update.php once you've uninstalled PayPlug.
