The paragraph about developer information seemed a bit out of place in the user documentation, so I made it a bit more high-level:

I also added a one-sentence summary to the top-level page about what the module does (taken from its info file) and removed the words about it being experimental, in anticipation of it being not experimental. It seems fine for the docs to not mention that and we don't want to forget when we mark it stable.

Great work! I think we can mark this fixed.
