Support "Advanced Fraud Tools"

Braintree has a feature called "Advanced Fraud Tools" that offers addintional checks regarding fraud. Here are the instructions on how to implement the feature:

As @bojanz pointed out, there would be issues for administrators creating payments since the fingerprints aren't going to match. We would need to figure out how to solve that. But since this is an opt-in feature, we could provide the functionality to stores that don't need their admins to make transactions for now.
