Popup message showing incorrect amount when used with pricing attributes

Problem/Motivation

Steps to reporduce the bug:

• Add pricing attributes by following the steps as mentioned in #2425987-6: Product prices not updating correctly in cart block when using commerce pricing attributes and/or a rule that adds to base price
• Add a product to the cart, choose topping A of price X
• The price mentioned in the popup, is just the pizza price

Ideal case should be:
The popup message should show pizza price + topping price
