Shopping cart showing incorrect amount when used with pricing attributes

Problem/Motivation

Steps to reporduce the bug:

• Add pricing attributes by following the steps as mentioned in #2425987-6: Product prices not updating correctly in cart block when using commerce pricing attributes and/or a rule that adds to base price
• Add a product to the cart, choose topping A of price X
• Add the same product to the cart, choose topping B of price Y
• The product is shown two times in the cart, but the prices are same

Ideal case is:
Every entry in the cart should have its own price based on the topping.
