What problem did you encounter? I see that everything works with latest library also.

The latest library has moved the files jquery.datetimepicker.full.js & jquery.datetimepicker.min.css to the /build folder.
If you install the module with composer, the files are not found and you will get a 404 and the datetimepicker won't work.

I've changed the path in single_datetime.libraries.xml with the right path so we won't get a 404 anymore and the datetimepicker works as designed.
