This problem is only for the anonymous users. When enter they have immediately the notice:

Error type: LoadXML
Description: Incorrect XML

and is not visible not even the categories on the right side of the map.

The form was activated and I believe that the permissions be correct (I attach photo).

How can I correct this mistake? Thanks

This is a duplicate to Issue 278808

It seems to be a cache issue, read the other issue.
