i am trying to add global:print to a view, but it is showing

The handler for this item is broken or missing. The following details are available:

Enabling the appropriate module will may solve this issue. Otherwise, check to see if there is a module update available.

I tried both TCPDF and Dompdf as engines in Entity Print module settings.

Do you have entity_print_views enabled?

Have you tried removing and re-adding the handler?

If still no luck, post back with the export of the view and i'll take a look.

entity_print_views is enabled and i am accessing the site using admin creds.
Yes, i tried remove&add. Still no luck.
I added the view as an attachment.

You view has the area_entity_print_views handler, did you upgrade from 1.x to 2.x? This should go away if you removed the older handler and then re-add the new handler with a cache clear in the middle.
