It would be helpful to have bundle description field exposed via API

Feature Request:
For bundle listing resource EntityBundlesResource currently we expose bundle key and label, however I think it would be helpful to have description field as well where we are listing the forms on front end.

Solution Proposed:
in src/Plugin/rest/resource/EntityBundlesResource.php
- $bundles[$entity->id()] = $entity->label();
+ $bundles[$entity->id()]['label'] = $entity->label();
+ $bundles[$entity->id()]['description'] = $entity->getDescription();
