There should be a view of active purchase orders, something like /admin/commerce/orders, /admin/commerce/discounts or /admin/commerce/invoices.

A view with a path /admin/commerce/purchase-orders created. It contains: PO number, date of creation, order ID, username, amount, status and operations links.
