In tax module on Tax rate table you can see three vat rates for Poland: 5%, 8% and 22%. The last value shuld be 23% not 22% (source: http://www.finanse.mf.gov.pl/vat/stawki-podatkowe/-/asset_publisher/3bUg... - could't find EN version of this page.)

Looks like someone updated our dataset when a change to 22% was announced, but then that change got canceled:
