Reproduce by doing a fresh installation and checking the feature list afterwards (drush fl --bundle=social). Solution is recreating all features and verifying each of them manually by making sure it still works on new installation. I suggest creating a test for this as well to prevent it in the future since it is a lot more work to fix this afterwards.
