At the moment you cannot translate the "ago" suffix for the timestamp given to the tweet template.
It would seem appropriate to use the date.formatter service for calculating the date interval.

Thanks for this suggestion, filsterjisah -- I'd had that conversion as a to-do on this module. The implementation looks sensible to me, and basic testing checks out I'll do a final review & get it merged soon!
