Rename project to migrate_wordpress (or files to wp_migrate.*)

Project-/Folder-names don't match file-/function-names. If the Project is called wp_migrate the files and functions should also be called wp_migrate* (example wp_migrate_uninstall() instead of migrate_wordpress_uninstall() and wp_migrate.install instead of migrate_wordpress.install).

Or the project could be moved to migrate_wordpress.
